I joined the organizing committee because I want to do my part to ensure that OHSU research is a rewarding, safe, and sustainable place to work. A union will give us the ability to determine the conditions of our employment, and will bring us together in solidarity and support of each other. I am proud to be building collective bargaining power with my colleagues.
