We recently held a Bargaining Town Hall along with a Q&A session hosted by organizers and AFSCME staff to answer questions. It was great to see those of you that joined. We shared a timeline for bargaining with OHSU and discussed strategies, protocols, and how you can get involved to strengthen our union. We'll plan to have more updates later this summer. Also as a reminder, you can help guide our decisions during bargaining by filling out your bargaining survey, a critical step to ensure RWU represents your needs and fights for what you value most! The survey takes roughly 30 minutes to finish and contains multiple-choice and short answer questions.
