Resolve issues you are facing at work

Are you running into an issue you need help with? Is HR or your PI telling you one thing and you don’t agree or have questions? 

This is what Stewards are there to help you with. Contact Henry (ChiefSteward@RWU6022.org) or fill out this <coming soon> form to be put in touch with the steward in your area. They can help answer questions about your particular situation and guide you on how to resolve the issue you are facing.

While we hope to resolve employment issues in an informal manner when possible, the grievance procedure is our process for enforcing the contract. If you are experiencing a workplace issue that you feel is a violation of the contract, reach out to us at ChiefSteward@RWU6022.org and we’ll work through your options with you.
